'When he got in as president, he started to look through the files and he noticed a lot of things were missing and not there. There was people that far behind in rents that they ended up going to court. He took them to court and so they was evicted. But they wouldn't pay their rent or anything into the organisation, some of them was over $2,000 behind in rent. He ended up putting people out on the streets. And he used to get a lot of threats and had a lot of enemies because of his mouth. He wouldn't shut up to anybody. And more if he knew he was right.'
