Land Rights and Social Justice
Michael Dodson, former Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner and Chair of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies:

If land rights are to be correctly understood and protected, we must understand them as flowing from a traditional relationship to land in which spiritual, cultural and economic interests are integrated.'
